Leadership
Vexion is led by Rajinder Parti, PhD, PMP, a research and development leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning academic and translational research, diagnostics, vaccines, pharmaceutical development, CMC program management, external partnerships, and cross-functional development leadership.

His career has included work across research organizations, global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and CDMOs, providing experience across different stages of the development continuum—from early scientific and translational programs through development strategy, CMC execution, external partnerships, and program delivery. This combination of research perspective and industry experience enables Vexion to help organizations connect science, strategy, development, and execution—particularly where programs cross organizational, technical, or functional boundaries.
